OUR STORY

 About 90 % of the raw materials such as commercial miso that is currently sold , is due to imports in the price competition . Or are unidentified raw materials are used in the market , we have full of things that contain additives lot .   For these reasons, it is manufacturing a safe and delicious fermented food that their can be convinced , and began operations in order to sell . It should be changed is to change it , we must keep it points to be observed . We hope that fermented food culture is gradually inherited by the next generation .
